Monday- Hill Workout @ AMHS
Tuesday- 400 meter repeats, location TBD (McCollum or AMHS, depending on upper field use)
Wednesday- Easy, (captains @ St. Mary for recruiting)
Thursday- (1 or 2) 2 mile tempo @ Silver Lake
Friday- Sprint Relay + Easy run @ AMHS
Saturday- Long Run, 20-25% of weekly mileage on own
